Willow
I got Willow when she was 6 months old from our local dog pound. I volunteered there frequently and when I met Willow, I knew I had to adopt her! Willow was the best dog ever! Full of love, life and energy! Always so eager to please and happy to see me! No dog will ever compare to her and what she gave me daily! Unconditional love! 🐾❤️
She lived a long, healthy life with me for the past 15 years. Willow went through a stage of digging large holes in the yard! When I would go to my parents and swim, she would be in the shade beneath several trees and she would just start digging! If she got bored and you weren’t paying attention, you were bound to have several holes in your yard! She use to chase the birds out at my parents as well. She didn’t really like cats, except for a pet cat I had when I got her. I think Willow knew she was older and frale. Any other car was game! There was a time we had a small fire going and Willow was there. She got a glimpse of the neighbors cat and just that quick boom she took off! And you know she ran right through that fire! She ended up injuring her paw that day, just to get to that cat! Crazy! Willow loved car rides and her ice cream treat once a month after a nice bath! Willow loved winter and the snow! Whenever I would shovel she would bark and bark wanting me to throw it at her! She would jump up and bite at it! Yeah, so many wonderful memories with my beloved Willow. ❤️🐾
Jet
In Loving Memory of Jet
Jet was the kindest, most patient, and loving companion anyone could ever hope for. From the moment he entered our lives, he brought a quiet joy that touched everyone he met. Jet had a way of making people feel special, always greeting friends and strangers alike with a calm and gentle demeanor.
He loved the simple things in life: pup cups on sunny days, adventures to the dog park, and the occasional cheese slice—always patiently waiting until the end of a meal for his well-earned treat. Jet had a cat-like grace about him, enjoying his space but always nearby, offering his quiet companionship. His rare barks were a cherished sound, one he learned from his sister Miyuki, a lively corgi who surely helped shape his playful side.
Jet was the softest little bear, and everyone who met him loved to pet his thick, velvety fur. His softness, inside and out, endeared him to all, leaving behind warm memories and the sense of comfort he so effortlessly gave.
Jet’s love extended to everyone, but especially to dogs, whom he greeted with kindness and patience. He was never overwhelming, always content to simply be present, offering comfort without needing to be the center of attention. His kind and gentle soul was a gift, and his absence leaves an immeasurable void.
Jet will forever be remembered as a loving companion who made the world a little brighter for everyone lucky enough to know him. Rest peacefully, sweet boy. You were loved beyond measure and will be missed every day.
Popper
Popper is my best friend.
He loved to travel, camp, hike, fish, rockhound, go on walks, eat, play, sleep. and would sit on me while we floated around the pool at both of my sisters house…
But most of all, I could tell him anything. He looked as if he understood the hard times as they came one after another like the waves of the ocean.
He never judged me, he only gave me love and tried his hardest to keep me from falling any further.
He would cuddle up to me when I was upset. He was always underfoot.
Popper was declining steadily over the last 2 years… lost his hearing. He lost his sight.
He seemed to have what I would think of as doggie dimentia. He was scared. I had to let him go for his sake.
I love Popper. I will ALWAYS love Popper.
He finally gave me the signs that he was ready to go over the Rainbow Bridge 🌈
I imagine him being young again… It makes me smile between the tears of sorrow.
I did the right thing for HIM. I MISS HIM
I LOVE HIM. I ALWAYS WILL…💔❤️🩹❤️
He was my son, my father, my grandfather
for all of those years.
I love you, Poppers!!!

Rio
Rio was adopted in 2009, during my undergrad years. Since then, she was my constant companion and moved cross country multiple times with me. She was a part of nearly every adult milestone. She passed away on Dec 30, 2024, after rapid progression of her chronic kidney disease. She was the goodest girl. I miss her every day.
Hazel
Hazel was a beautiful and extraordinarily sweet Montana girl. When she was a young kitty she loved to go for walks with mommy along a local trail and to tear apart stuffed toy birds. But most of all, she loved to run and chase string in figure-eights. She absolutely LOVED her string. She would bring it with her all around the house and even onto the bed in the middle of the night just hoping someone would wake up and fling it around.
Hazel was also incredibly smart. She always managed to figure out how to get to what she wanted or let you know when she didn’t like something in the most creative ways.
As Hazel grew older she became even more cuddly and affectionate. She usually wanted to sleep in my arms with her head on my pillow and my face buried in her sweet-smelling fur. If I moved out of position in the night she would gently wake me up to resume our night time cuddles.
Hazel was the most beautiful kitty in the whole world and she meant everything to me and the rest of her family. She was loved immensely all of her almost 20 years on earth and she will go on being loved just as much in her death. She will always be the Queen of my heart – my Hazel-rah ❤️
Lobo
Lobo was a good ole girl that will be greatly missed. We Love her bunches. Until we meet again💖
Boomer
Boomer was a gift from God, and gave us the best 13 years of our life. He taught us the meaning of humility, joy and love. He is deeply missed.
Jerry
Here is Jerry in his prime. A true stud he was. If not for a rescuer his mom never would of had a chance pregnant at the shelter. He would become my boy at 3 months of age. Together he would land my future wife 9 months later. As he was starting his family we would marry and move to different territories. As a loyal companion to myself he proved to be loving protector of my wife. We would travel North to South. He swam with dolphins in the ocean and swam with our fat ass’s in the north. He could catch a Frisbee better than any NFL receiver could catch a football. Jerry was with us for a little over 16 years and he taught us love. You will never be forgotten my little buddy and one day I hope we can all meet again. We love and miss you Jerry.
Sophie
I have had numerous dogs since childhood and loved them all. Sophie was with me for 16 years and I truly believe she was sent to me from heaven. Absolutely the best sweet dog ever born.
Jynx
Fiona
Fiona was an incredibly sweet girl and an outstanding friend. She was a perfect combination of grace and feisty. We will love her forever ❤️
Scooter
Scooter was an amazing dog! He would roam the neighborhood and the neighbors would call him “the dog who walked himself”, he went on so many adventures in his life from working with me to playing in the snow with all the kids! Scooter is loved and missed by all who knew him.
Mr. Cracker Jack
Mr. Cracker Jack came to our home about 10 years ago when he was about 5 years old. He traveled with us everywhere and was our faithful yard patroller, ridding the back yard of neighboring cats. He was a very loving dog, sometimes very independent, and at times, very opinionated. He often told my husband when it was time to go to bed! He would spend hours on the arm of my chair while I did my beadwork. Sadly, old age caught up with him and he passed just before Christmas. We are greatly saddened by the loss of our friend and companion.
Teddie
When we got her she didn’t weigh a full pound. She was with us for almost 16 years. She was tiny, sweet and a joy to our family. She was loved……and will be missed so much…
Brooke
I adopted Brooke in 2017, after she came to my college where I was studying to be a veterinary nurse. She had been found when she got the attention of someone on the streets and took them to her new kittens. She loved everyone and rarely showed any of the famed ‘torti-tude’. When people came over, we always joked it was just to see her because of how much she loved to see people; she never knew a stranger. She was such a playful cat, and she’s pictured with her collection of Lamb Chop toys. We’d find these all over the house within hours of cleaning them up; they now sit with her in her memorial area in our house. We lost Brooke in October of 2024, at only 8, to lymphoma. She was my soul cat, and such a hard loss to such a terrible disease, but we are so lucky to love her and to have been loved by her. If only love could save our pets, then they could live forever.
GC
We rescued our precious senior Boxer, GC, from the local shelter. He changed our lives in ways we could have never imagined. He is gone from our world too soon. We miss you, GC Dawg, but are grateful that you are pain-free now. Thank you for allowing us to share our love with you.
CJ
CJ, was 14, she was the runt of the litter and came from my parents ranch from working cattle and sheep dogs. Her favorite thing was to ride in the dodge truck, going for walks / runs as I was horseback. Playing with basketballs she rolled them, and her pastime was to flatten them.
Lola
Miss Lola came to us after we lost our beloved yellow lab Chucky. Here you can see her in her natural element back when she was in good health; in the woods, in the wild, camping. We shared many years of joy and happiness! I love you and miss you baby girl!!!
Jenna
Jenna was a wonderful lady I adopted from the shelter. She was surrendered because she was balding and nippy. With vet care, she started growing her hair back. She was nippy because she was deaf. She had a very happy, loving life the several years I had her. She was very sweet and cuddly. She will be missed.
