International Support

This page is designed for our international members to be able to connect with other non-U.S.-based members. The practice of animal hospice may differ greatly in different countries — the language spoken, the training offered, the rules and regulations, and the medications available, for example.

A Global Support Network

Welcome to our International Support page, a dedicated space for our non-U.S.-based members. The practice of animal hospice and palliative care varies significantly across the globe due to differences in languages, training standards, regulations, and available medications. Recognizing these variations, we have established a network of representatives from many countries to provide tailored support and resources to members in their respective regions.

Our international representatives are pioneers in the field of animal hospice, often among the first in their countries to specialize in this compassionate area of veterinary care. Their groundbreaking work is not only enhancing the field but also setting the foundations for future advancements.

We are at a transformative stage in our profession. By extending our collaboration across borders and embracing diverse practices, we continue to enrich our collective knowledge and expertise. United by a common goal, we strive to enhance the end-of-life journey for beloved animals and offer unwavering support to their caregivers.

Join us in this global movement as we learn, grow, and improve together, ensuring that every animal receives the care and dignity they deserve at the end of their life.
