Professional Education & Training Scholarship (PETS) Award

Financial assistance for veterinary professionals to achieve certification in the emerging field of animal hospice and end-of-life care.

The Professional Education & Training Scholarship (PETS) Award — Certification

The International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care PETS Award — Certification is given to professionals dedicated to the emerging field of animal hospice and end-of-life care and strive to achieve one of IAAHPC’s veterinary certifications.

Passionate about end-of-life care, but the cost of certification holding you back? We can help.

At the IAAHPC, we believe that financial limitations should never stand in the way of dedicated professionals who are committed to transforming animal end-of-life care. That’s why we’re proud to offer scholarship support for eligible individuals pursuing certification as a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Veterinarian (CHPV®), Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Technician (CHPT®), or Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Advocate (CHPA).

As the demand for dignified, compassionate end-of-life services continues to grow worldwide, so does the need for highly trained professionals to meet that call. Whether you’re a veterinarian, technician, or passionate advocate, we want to help you elevate your skills and knowledge by learning from the field’s foremost experts in animal hospice and palliative care.
