Rocky
“Born in Tucson, AZ in July 2005, Rocky was the longest-living of his stray family: 1 sister; 2 brothers; mom; and aunt. In his younger years, he loved playing with in-store cat toys and beating up his brothers and sister, hence his name Rocky. In his older years, his favorite toys were milk and water bottle caps and rubber bands.
Loved food. Eating, eating, and more eating (morning, noon, and night) was his favorite activity.
Appreciated the outdoors. Mostly an indoor cat. When he had the chance to go outside, he loved frolicking in the dirt, nibbling on grass, and stalking birds.
Adored everyone. If you visited his home as a family, friend, or stranger, Rocky welcomed all with the warmest of greetings. He and our mom Judy (who passed away 2 years ago) had a bond like no other.
To Rocky a heartfelt farewell, thank you for all the beautiful memories. A fighter until the end. He will be truly loved and missed. Together again as mom Judy welcomed him with open arms up in the clouds.
Deepest gratitude to Kindred Spirit and the International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (IAAHPC) for commemorating and sharing the wonderful lives of our loved ones.”
