Jody Highroller
She loved the way the elements of the outdoors felt on her fur, no matter if it was snow, water, or dirt. She loved to bask in the sunlight that shone through our windows during the day and she would sleep on my back at night. Thanksgiving was her favorite time of year since her favorite foods were pumpkin and peas.
It was so hard to say goodbye, but I’m so thankful to have had the privilege of being her mommy. She loved me unlike anyone has ever loved me before and I’m so grateful to have lived the parts of my life that I did with her by my side.
Miss Jody, I know Grandma Lucy is taking good care of you in heaven. I’ll see you both again one day. 🖤
