This open-access research, Veterinary end-of-life mobile practitioners: Motivators, challenges, job fulfillment and burnout, explores the experiences of mobile EOL veterinarians—including their motivations for entering this field, the challenges they face, and their levels of burnout and fulfillment.

The findings? Many practitioners report high job satisfaction and low burnout, emphasizing the value and meaning this work brings.
