  • Those that want to be a part of the future of the association – from conference planning, webinar presenting, certification setup, and more.
  • Those that have the ability to think outside of the box on creative avenues that’s comprised of those pet parents and pet care professionals.
  • Those that have ideas and best practices for students and anyone incoming to the world of animal hospice

Conference Committee

A committee meant for:                                                  

  • Those that want to successfully execute annual conferences: selecting location, dates,                            
    venue, and more (aka Party Planning!!)
  • Those wanting to plan and run conference registration.
  • Those who wish to research and visualize how attendee needs will play out before, during,
    and after the event.
  • Those who love last minute on-sight preparations and attendee guidance during the conference.

Conference committee involvement can be as big or small as you want.  We welcome all help.

A committee meant for:

  • Those that possess creative juices, a tenacious outlook on the future of the IAAHPC and is ready to tell the IAAHPC story!
  • Those ready to step up to the plate when writing is needed, when research is required and when ideas need to be coming like water from a fire hydrant on WHERE to tell the IAAHPC story!
  • Those that want to be a part of the future of the association – from the immediate of business planning on where to educate the profession on pet hospice to an ability to see 3 and 5 years into the future for business planning purposes.
  • Those that have ideas and best practices to share on marketing that’s worked
  • Those interested in growing membership and helping keep our members updated on new developments

  • Those able to help identify funding sources to continue our mission
  • Those with skills in fundraising or with the desire to learn
  • Those who have current connections with those organizations, individuals, etc who would benefit from aligning with us.

Research Committee

 




A committee meant for:

  • Those who have a special interest in, and wishing to contribute to, the evidence-based body of animal hospice and palliative care.
  • Those trained in research, or with research experience and connections who would like to contribute their skills to the development of IAAHPC Research Projects.
  • Those excited to be involved in promoting, developing, and/or grant fundraising for research activities.
  • Those focused on contributing and collating IAAHPC's database of information from surveys and publications.

International Committee

 

 


A committee meant for:

  • Interested in helping the organization increase membership outside of the USA
  • Skilled in assisting in international marketing initiatives
  • Who can speak another language and help with translations
  • Who love to travel, meet new people, and share our mission
  • Who believe animal hospice should be a global initiative
